Arnisha Joins The O'Netsys Team
I would like to welcome Arnisha Jones to the O'Netsys team. Arnisha will be serving in the capacity of Client Service Director for O'Netsys. Arnisha has worked for several years for a major US based carrier, primarily dealing with client deliveries and logistics.
As we grow and expand and reach for our ultimate goal, we will need someone who understands that clients need what they need and can "motivate" and push the team to be the best they can be. Arnisha is that person and then some. Her primary duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Working with the technical team to define project work for clients.
- Client communication and issue handling/routing.
- Client reporting
- Client service team management
I have always thought that Arnisha could be a drill instructor and although she can be tough, she is professional and will not push you past what your capable of. I anticipate a change in roles for her as the company grows and her skills build, so watch out. Please join me in welcoming Arnisha to the team as well.
