CINCINNATI, Ohio - March 26th, 2008 - O'Net Systems Technology Solutions, a sole proprietorship, announced today that it has changed its name to O'Netsys, LLC. The new name reflects the current business focus of the company as an managed IT services provider for small and medium sized business customers, which compliments the organization's traditional break/fix and networking services.
The name change will not affect current company headquarters, facility locations, or the majority of personnel. The company is currently a sole proprietorship, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. The new business name is planned part of the incorporation as a LLC in the state of Ohio. "The name change represents the much anticipated growth in our long-term planning for this organization" said John O'Neal, founder, President and CEO of O'Netsys. "This was a great opportunity to partner with well established and well respected organizations in the IT industry like Do IT Smarter, Silverback Technologies, Level Platforms, and others. This allows companies like O'Netsys to provide high end services at competitive rates for teh small and medium sized business, who may not have a 1.5 million dollar IT budget, but deserve the same quality service as if they do."
