The project process is very direct and follows best practices:
- Assessment Report This includes a requirements document, desired completion date, review of existing infrastructure. Also a review of existing applications to verify compatibility with network software
- Cost Analysis After determining all the requirements, a cost estimate of the work, including time and materials will be developed.
- Proposal and Project Plan Review Once the data has been gathered, a proposal outlining cost, estimated start and completion dates, both client and O'Netsys deliverables will be sent to you for review.
- Project Start Once you have accepted the proposal and a signed copy has been given to O'Netsys, we will begin work on the project, following the project plan included with the proposal.
