The secure and robust monitoring system we employ offers OTS technicians a centralized view of all of our Managed Clients, and an efficient means of performing support tasks on their managed systems. From this console, live statistics are provided on independent devices (routers, switches, servers, workstations) and overall performance metrics (network availability, bandwidth utilization, etc.).
Using this live data, SCIT technicians are capable of monitoring for anomalies. The system also automatically performs tasks to remedy minor faults detected before they escalate. Alerts are generated by the system's customizable triggers, notifying OTS technicians or your organization's IT staff of events such as those that require manual intervention. This service automation keeps your network running optimally.
