Our managed services platform comes with the ability for you to receive "instant support" for any issues you are having with software packages (Microsoft, Corel, Adobe, etc.)and general how to's. Having access to the Remote Control and/or Troubleshooting features can make resolving your issues extremely efficient and cost effective. This drastically increases resolution of issues on first contact.
The way it works is simple. When you contact an OTS support technician they can with the click of a button take control of your mouse and keyboard on your system, including servers. This allows them to fix the issue more quickly and avoids you having to go back and forth as the technician gives you step by steps.
The software we use allows us to troubleshoot and repair almost any issue that we could do onsite. Take a look at the screen shot of the "Computer" section and you will see that we have access to fix most system issues.
